The AC in the room struggled to keep the temperature down, leaving it warmer than expected despite settings. An odd cord was coming out from under the bed, which was a tripping hazard. The bathroom had a soap tray that was very dirty with old soap and the lighting over the bathroom mirror could really use some improvement. We faced a hiccup with the dining options too. the kitchen could only dish out wings and fries, which was a bummer considering the menu we originally saw. The elevator on the right side often stalled, which made moving around a hassle. The refrigerator was also sticky, not ideal for storing snacks. Lastly, towels were apparently scarce during our stay, which felt poorly managed.
